HAIX shoes are 100% Made in Europe. For us, this is not just lip service, but lived practice. When it says "Made in Europe" on a HAIX shoe, we assure you that it was made exclusively at our production sites in Mainburg and Mala Subotica, Croatia. Both plants are among the most modern shoe manufacturing facilities in the world.

The main difference between women's and men's models of Scout 3.0 is in the fit. The women's model is produced on a narrower last to give narrow feet more room in the shoe. The men's model, on the other hand, is produced on a wider last to provide more room for wider feet. However, there are no visual or functional differences between the two models.
Recommendation: If you have narrow feet, we recommend the women's model as it is specifically tailored to this fit. If you have wider feet, we recommend the men's model to ensure a comfortable fit.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
The eyelets have been optimized and are now even more durable and long-lasting. Additionally, the Scout 3.0 features an ankle protection that provides you with an even better and safer grip.

Das funktioniert bis jetzt richtig gut, die Sohlen haben sehr guten Halt (sowohl beim Fahren wie beim Laufen). Die Füße sind warm, aber nicht zu heiß, die Membran funktioniert. Von mir klare Empfehlung. Und schick aussehen tun sie auch noch. Und wasserdicht sind sie auch noch.

Für die Feuerwehr habe ich die Fire Flash Gamma. Im Vergleich zu diesen fallen die Scout etwas kleiner aus. Also unbedingt ausprobieren. Toller Schuh!
Trage sonst eigentlich nur Barfußschuhe, habe aber nun etwas wasserdichtes und wärmeres benötigt. Nach meinen guten Erfahrungen mit den Einsatzstiefeln von Haix im THW habe ich mich hier umgesehen. Der Scout 3.0 GTX gefällt mir sehr gut und trägt sich angenehm. Mit der gelben Einlegesohle aus dem HAIX® Vario Wide Fit System sitzt er an meinen eher breiten Füßen noch angenehmer!

Guter stabiler Schuh
Wie von Haix gewohnt wirkt der Schuh hochwertig und stabil. Das Leder ist anfangs recht fest und muss definitiv eingelaufen werden - das kenne ich aber von meinen Airpower X1. Schön fände ich ein Schnürsystem mit Reiẞverschluss, das eine einmalige Einstellung des Stiefels erlaubt - ich nutze die Stiefel allerdings auch nicht primär als Wanderschuhe, sondern als wetterfeste Alltagsschuhe bei schlechtem Wetter.

Genau nach meiner Vorstellung
Habe schon während meiner Dienstzeit als Soldat Kampfstiefel von HAIX getragen die perfekt waren. der Stiefel sieht nicht nur gut aus sondern ist auch sehr komfortabel.Ich sage nur reinschlüpfen und sich wohl fühlen.Das sogenannte Einlaufen war nicht notwendig,da kein scheuern und kein drücken zu spüren waren.Diesen Stiefel würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

Wollte mal was anderes ausprobieren. Haix war immer irgendwie bekannt und doch nirgends im Fachhandel. Zumindest nicht bei uns auf dem Land im Schwarzwald. Habe die Schuhe zum Teil 14 Stunden beim arbeiten als Zimmermann an... wirklich sehr gut und mit Sicherheit werde ich die nochmal kaufen. Habe auch schon andere Modelle von Haix angeschaut. Da wird das eine oder andere Paar noch dazukommen.

Super Schuh
Habe schon ein paar Jahre Haix Schuhe und muss sagen auch die Scout 3.0 sind wieder super von der Verarbeitungund auch bequem. Ich hoffe sie sind so robust wie die Scout 1.0 aber das kann man erst nach 1/2- 1 Jahr dann wirklich sagen.

Guter, bequemer Stiefel
Hatte vorher schon zwei andere Scout-Paare und war immer zufrieden. Auch das neue Modell passt wie gewohnt, kurzes Einlaufen, dann perfekter Stiefel. Allein die Senkel wirken etwas zart. Die tägliche Belastung wird zeigen, was sie aushalten.

Design Mal anderst Kommt aber extrem gut an. Nach dem Einlaufen könnte er zeigen Was er kann einfach Perfekt. Schnürung bis Sohle genial. würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Ist jetzt der 6 Haix Schuhe,OK sind alle genial.

Genauso, wie ich mir das gedacht habe!
Diese Wanderstiefel sind mal ganz etwas anderes, als die sonst so üblichen braunen oder grauen Stiefel. Die dunkelblaue Farbe ist dezent, aber mit den orangenen Element sehr adrett aufgepeppt. Aber abgesehen vom Design, sind die Stiefel auf dem ersten Einsatz bereits absolut passgerecht und geben dem Fuß den perfekten Halt. Ein Einlaufen der Stiefel ist nicht nötig. Die Füße fühlen sich sofort wohl aufgehoben an und man denkt gar nicht daran, dass man mit noch ungetragenen Stiefeln unterwegs ist. Und ich glaube, dass man auch im Sommer, zur kurzen Hosen, diese Stiefel gut tragen kann, weil sie doch sehr zivil aussehen und nicht so klobig wirken. Jedenfalls genau die Stiefel, die ich schon lange gesucht habe.
