Different insoles are available for Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 T high sidezipper to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
The Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 T high sidezipper has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 T high sidezipper to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

The differences between our various Black Eagle Athletic models can be taken from the item description. Some models are made of suede or nubuck leather, others have a Gore-Tex membrane that makes the shoes waterproof.

While the Athletic models have a somewhat plainer colour scheme, Adventure models are designed with bright, eye-catching colours. There are no functional differences.

The T in the item description stands for textile. Accordingly, the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 T high sidezipper does not have a Gore-Tex membrane and is therefore not waterproof. If you are looking for waterproof shoes, the item description must contain the acronym GTX.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.
Half UK sizes differ in length by only a few millimetres.
You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 T high sidezipper is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
The DIN EN ISO 20347 standard is an European standard for occupational footwear that has been revised. What was previously known as safety class O2, which is permanently waterproof, will henceforth be classified as safety class O6.

Very comfortable straight out of the box
I was initially worried about paying a high (for me !) price for the boots but I shouldn’t have been,these boots are very comfortable from straight out of the box and I’m looking at buying another pair already.my only very slight complaint is the very small Velcro tab for holding the zip once done up regularly fails,a bigger tab would be better.

Premetto che calzo solo scarpe del settore ed ho diversi modelli Haix. Non mi sento di fare una comparazione perché avrebbe poco senso: ogni modello ha i suoi punti di forza come i suoi punti di "debolezza". Si tratta sempre di un compromesso, di un equilibrio. Tutto insieme non ci può stare, quindi a seconda della situazione o della performance richiesta saranno da preferire alcune qualità potendo ometterne altre. A tal proposito questo modello mette insieme la struttura e robustezza delle Black Eagle con la versatilità di una scarpa a zip, con un risultato eccezionale. Una volta regolati i lacci per ottenere l'impostazione desiderata, basterà utilizzare la ciarniera laterale per togliere ed indossare le scarpe in pochi secondi. Qualcuno di voi sicuramente starà pensando che la ciarniera può essere un punto di debolezza, ogni cosa che non c'è non si può rompere e voi innamorati del "survival" difenderete a spada tratta i modelli senza side zip. Posso rispondere che si tratta di una ciarniera con una qualità eccelsa, cucita bene e con una posizione di lavoro che rende impossibile qualunque danno. Chiaramente non le consiglio per andare in guerra. Sicuramente renderebbero al meglio anche nelle situazioni più dure, ma essendoci altri modelli molto meglio strutturati per altri tipi di scenari, non credo avrebbe senso. Se cercate robustezza, estrema comodità e una versatilità eccezionale 24H 365 giorni l'anno, questo modello è il miglior compromesso che esista.

Un ottimo stivale con calzata ultra rapida
Molto soddisfatto del prodotto e della qualità HAIX, già presi anni fa ora li ho sostituiti con un altro paio identico! La calzata è perfetta e la soletta in dotazione rende l'appoggio veramente morbido....sembra di indossare delle pantofole! La zip laterale per la calzata rapida è imbattibile!!! Dovrebbero fare tutti gli altri modelli (impermeabili ecc) con la zip laterale!!! Acquistato anni fa anche le scarpe basse della stessa linea e sono perfette per i lunghi viaggi all'estero nei climi più disparati. Supporto pre e post vendita ineccepibile....sinonimo di professionalità e di un marchio al TOP di gamma! Unico difetto migliorabile sono i lacci che dopo 2-3 anni tendono a sfilacciarsi e tagliarsi nel punto di scorrimento all'interno delle asole di plastica posizionate vicino la punta del piede.

Brilliant pair of boots ?
these are by far the best boots I have owned, very comfortable and breathable making them a pleasure to wear for a full 12h shift. Nice light weight and durable with an easy on sip up side. Would highly recommend ? size wise they ate perfect, if your a size 10 order a size 10, if your a 9.5 then order a 9.5 they fit perfect

BEST BOOTS
The boots are awesome! I wear the boots for my office job, the gym and anything else I'm doing. They look tactical and practical. They feel extremely comfortable out of the box. I feel like I am wearing a pair of boots that will never fail me. I also bought the 2.1's as well. Haix make the best boots in the world in my opinion. I will alway be loyal to Haix and continue to buy from them and recommend them to everyone.
