The Airpower P9 desert has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Airpower P9 desert to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.
HAIX shoes are 100% Made in Europe. For us, this is not just lip service, but lived practice. When it says "Made in Europe" on a HAIX shoe, we assure you that it was made exclusively at our production sites in Mainburg and Mala Subotica, Croatia. Both plants are among the most modern shoe manufacturing facilities in the world.

The Airpower P9 desert is an all-season model, so it can be worn both in summer and winter. The shoe is breathable and waterproof thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane. With the help of our Climate System, moisture is transported from the inside of the shoe to the ventilation openings. This prevents sweat from accumulating, especially in the warmer months.
The Airpower P9 desert defies both colder and warmer temperatures.
The Airpower P9 desert can be cared for quickly and easily. With colourless, grease-free shoe polish, which does not impair the breathability of the leather and does not change the colour of the shoe, and a waterproofing agent, the shoe is cared for.
The uncomplicated care of the Airpower P9 desert ensures long-lasting enjoyment of the shoe's quality.
The Airpower P9 desert is suitable for hiking thanks to the well-cushioned and non-slip sole, which provides stability, comfort and safety. It is also waterproof and breathable thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Airpower P9 desert is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.

èn af de bedste støvler jeg har haft.
Jeg købte et par Haix P9 Desert for lidt over 3 år siden. Jeg har brugt den som hverdagsstøvle, jagtstøvle , på skydebanen og som vandrestøvle. Støvlerne har, efterhånden gået flere hundrede kilometer og jeg har kravlet rundt og skrabet snuderne hen ad underlaget. De har fået så mange tæsk og set så meget hårdt brug, at det næsten er for meget at bede om at de stadig holder sammen.... Men det gør de. Bortset fra at skindet, på snuderne, har et par pletter og er lidt mørkere, end resten af støvlen, så er støvlen (over sålen) intakt. Snørrebåndene er blevet bundet så mange gange, at de snart knækker, men det findes der vel råd for. Sålerne er slidte. Rundede i kanterne og mønsteret er tydeligt lavere i profil, end da støvlerne var nye. Men støvlerne er, som nævnt også blevet brugt næsten hver dag, året rundt i lidt over 3 år og har virkelig fået tæsk. Jeg har aldrig haft et par støvler, der har kunne tåle så meget misbrug. De sidder stadig godt på foden. Sålerne og overlæderet sidder stadig sammen alle steder og støvlerne holder stadig vandet ude. Jeg er meget meget positivt overrasket over hvor mange tæsk de har klaret. Eneste minus var, at de var lidt hårde ved hælene de første par uger.... Men det er der så mange støvler der er. Når de er gået til, har man støvler til mange kilometer.
